You must also consider additional fees for multiple designs, division, certifications, Community designs, or international registration.<\/p>\n<p>Youcan check all updated rates at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oepm.es\/es\/disenios\/como-proteger-los-disenios\/tasas-de-disenios-industriales\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s also important to consider the application of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2003-13615\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Law 20\/2003, of July 7, on the Legal Protection of Industrial Design<\/a>. Note that an unregistered design, once publicly disclosed, has automatic protection for 3 years in the European Union \u2014 but this does not offer the same legal certainty as a registered design.
