The situation is:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The regulations of the <strong><span class=\"highlight\">Create and Grow Law<\/span><\/strong> govern electronic invoicing between businesses (<span class=\"emphasis\">B2B<\/span>), and do not directly affect <span class=\"emphasis\">B2G<\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The mandatory nature of VERI*FACTU applies to <span class=\"highlight\">how invoices are <strong>generated and registered<\/strong><\/span>, not to how they are presented to the administration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Therefore:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"highlight\">Businesses and self-employed individuals must use software adapted to VERI*FACTU starting in 2026.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>But they will <span class=\"highlight\">continue sending invoices to the administration electronically (Facturae, FACE platform)<\/span> as before.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you need free advice, you can request it through this <a href=\"https:\/\/asesoramento-oficinaeconomica.igape.es\/inquiry\/gl\/stepper\/?axisId=2&amp;scopeId=4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">link<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Traditional electronic invoicing through FACE continues to be used or other authorized platforms, when the recipient is the public administration.
