Every period you must allocate 10% of the year’s profit until the legal reserve reaches at least 20% of the share capital. You cannot distribute dividends if, after distribution, the net equity would fall below the capital and the required unavailable reserves. If the legal reserve is used to offset losses, you must replenish it with future profits.<\/p>\n
