<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Projects may be declared as strategic industrial projects even if they do not meet the previous requirements, if it is reasonably estimated that they have a significant interest and impact on the development or implementation of industrial policy and the Galician industrial fabric, and due to their magnitude or characteristics, they have territorial, economic, and social impact beyond the municipal scope, so that they are considered to carry a qualified supramunicipal interest and meet the following requirements (*)<\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li>Investment in the industrial project exceeding <strong>2 million euros.<\/strong><\/li>\n  <li>Minimum creation of <strong>25 jobs<\/strong>, under permanent contract and full-time counted.
