She also highlighted the investment in managerial talent development and training in strategic areas such as foreign trade and digital transformation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">In the international sphere, Galicia continues to consolidate its export leadership with public support focused on market identification, digitalisation and the coordination of trade missions to strengthen the international presence of Galician companies.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">In addition, the Xunta is activating specific measures to tackle tariff barriers, such as soft loans of up to \u20ac1\u202fmillion, technical advisory services in coordination with Igape\u2019s Miami office, and new consultancy services under the\u00a0<em>Reacciona<\/em>\u00a0programme.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Economic Office and Master Plans<\/h2>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">In this context, the director explained that the Economic Office of Galicia, created in 2024, has become a benchmark in business support, handling more than 21,000 enquiries, 200 strategic projects and 950 coordinated meetings in its first year. \u201cThe Economic Office does not centralise; it facilitates. It is a space that listens, guides, connects and resolves,\u201d she summarised.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">\u201cEvery programme \u2014 whether in innovation, training, internationalisation, financing or competitiveness \u2014 is designed with the specific needs of each strategic sector in mind,\u201d she added, noting that this ensures all public resources act in a coordinated and coherent manner, \u201csupporting companies at every stage of their transformation and contributing to the goals of growth,
