She recalled that \u201cit is no coincidence that this meeting is being held in Galicia: we are an innovative and committed region, where companies, clusters, universities and public administrations work increasingly closely together to provide real responses to major environmental challenges.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">The director underlined that the Atlantic Green Hub, promoted by Viratec \u2013 the Galician Cluster of Environmental Solutions and Circular Economy \u2013 and jointly led with Aclima \u2013 the Basque Environment Cluster \u2013 \u201cis designed to consolidate itself as the key event for sustainability and industrial competitiveness along the Atlantic axis\u201d. She added that the collaboration between Viratec and Aclima \u201cmarks a milestone in business and technological cooperation between the Basque Country and Galicia, two regions sharing a common vision: to drive a sustainable, innovative and competitive industrial model from the Atlantic.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Toca Car\u00fas stressed that \u201cenvironmental challenges are global, but solutions can and should be built from the regions, through collaboration and shared experience.\u201d She also affirmed that this alliance \u201cis an example of effective public-private collaboration, in which administrations, companies, universities and technology centres combine their abilities to generate value\u201d, and that \u201cit symbolises that Atlantic spirit which Galicia wants to continue leading: a network of regions that cooperate to compete, that share values, and that understand the future will be sustainable.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">In this context, the director recalled that Galicia fully shares the objectives of the European Green Deal, \u201cthe great European Union strategy for achieving climate neutrality by 2050\u201d, as well as those of the Clean Industrial Deal, \u201cwhich promotes a decarbonised, digital and resilient European industry capable of producing with lower emissions and greater added value.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Toca Car\u00fas highlighted the Xunta\u2019s commitment to innovation and sustainability, two sides of the same coin in Galicia\u2019s new economic model. Within this framework, she underlined the set of programmes and initiatives promoted by Igape to support companies in their technological and green transformation, fostering eco-design, digitalisation and the creation of qualified employment. She also recalled the emphasis on public-private collaboration through networks such as the Business Factories, including BF ClimaTech, which promote innovative projects and help to build a more
