In addition, public lighting and surveillance and security systems will be upgraded, connecting them to the existing camera network in the estate.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">The aim is to create the necessary services to enable new businesses to set up in the area. Currently, 17 companies operate in this industrial park, which covers an area of about 100,000 square metres.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Arias highlighted that this Xunta grant scheme \u201ccontributes to the modernisation and competitiveness of industrial estates\u201d and helps ensure that businesses \u201chave the services and infrastructure they need to carry out their work.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">The grants were announced in February with a budget of 3 million euros, and due to the strong response from councils, the funding was increased by 2.5 million euros to support additional
