In this context, she recognised the work of companies such as Grupo Regueira, which offer garages a comprehensive service in which training plays a key role alongside technical support.<\/p>\n<p>Lorenzana said Galicia has every reason to be proud of its automotive industry ecosystem. The sector is positioning itself at the forefront of the industry thanks to the ability of its businesses and professionals to continually reinvent themselves and respond to new market demands, she stated.<\/p>\n<p>She concluded that events such as these demonstrate that the sector\u2019s success depends not only on its production capacity, but also \u201con its ability to learn, collaborate and anticipate change\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>In 2025, Galicia\u2019s automotive sector achieved a record turnover of \u20ac13.3 billion, up 5 per cent on the previous year. Employment also increased, reaching 23,900 direct jobs, equivalent to 12 per cent of industrial employment in
