Val do Dubra is part of the Santiago region and is located on the road linking the capital with the municipality of Carballo, 22 kilometres from each of these towns. Its economy is based on agriculture and livestock farming. The main centre, Bembibre, houses the service sector. The Xunta and the Town Council are promoting the construction of a business incubator. It will consist of a 390 square metre building to house the business projects, five similar spaces for the activiy to take place and another building for communal use.
