Yes, the paper invoice is still valid, provided that invoicing regulations are complied with and the system that generates or registers it is adapted to the requirements of Royal Decree 1007/2023.
However, the Crea y Crece Law (Law 18/2022) will require, in the future, electronic invoicing between companies and professionals, so paper issuance will progressively disappear.
