All workers included in the Workers’ Statute must register their working day, that is, full-time and part-time staff, on-site workers, remote workers, sales staff and general regime personnel.
Exceptionally excluded are groups with special regulations such as self-employed workers, domestic employees, senior management, professional athletes, artists, scholarship holders (without formal registration obligation but with time control) and cooperative members.
