Not a lot, but it does need to be useful and well organised. AI works best when it relies on real business information: sales history, customer queries, internal documentation… You don’t need a large volume of data from the start, but that data does need to be reliable, accessible and well organised. If it is scattered or out of date, it is worth tidying it up before implementing any solution, because an AI that works with poor-quality information produces equally poor results.
